“Pros: Location is great. Cons: Literally no heat in the dead of winter. Brown water. Garbage and dust in the hallway. Homeless man lives on the front stoop, drunk and inappropriate. Management is the absolute worst. They couldn’t care less. Advice to landlord: You are the worst. EVER.”

“Wish I had read the earlier reviews. By far the worst apartment I've ever had in NYC. Heat was regularly out in the Winter with no compensation. Garbage and dust in the hallways due to unexplained 'renovations'. Water is out for days with no prior notice, at other times, the water comes out brown from the faucet. There's a homeless man that camps out on the front stoop - drunk and inappropriate. Dare you make a complaint to management... I was told to 'just deal with it' and 'you're welcome to move'. Don't be fooled by appearances. Management treats tenants like garbage. Slum Lords on the UES.”

“Very unprofessional treatment by Judson Realty, always late and underhanded. Glad I read the review above, do not recommend this apartment building or realtor. Super seemed nice as he admitted there were problems with heating but realtor was awful.”

“Awful. I was fooled by the 'recent renovation'. Don't judge a book by it's cover. My apartment loses heat every winter for days on end, no hot water is a regular occurrence, I have had brown water coming out of the faucet on numerous occasions. The front door regularly gets stuck so the door is left unlocked for anyone to walk in off the street. The staff at Judson Realty is the most unprofessional group of people I have ever met. They treat tenants like garbage. Don't be fooled.”
