“Pros: My room was inexpensive Cons: Common area did not have a window. Electricity bills were quite high. Location is not really close to either the L or M trains. Garbage is typically pretty miskept and is outside. No laundry on-site, must go to a building across the street for laundry.”

Cons: management. lied in listing about central air and rooftop access. issue of squatters during the time i lived there. management never fixed anything, impossible to get in contact with. ants EVERYWHERE in the summer. Advice to landlord: be kind to your tenants...”
