“Pros: Smaller building, floor-thru apartments. Decent location to trains and amenities. Landlord lives on ground floor. Cons: Floors are sloped in various areas, no AC in unit, no laundry in building or unit, narrow stairwell preventing furniture from being moved in. Advice to landlord: Invest in AC unit”
