“Pros: Not that much Cons: I would not recommend this apartment. The building looks nice in photos, but in reality it’s poorly maintained. The hallways constantly smell, the elevators break down, and management is completely unresponsive to issues. On top of that, the rent is way too high for what you actually get. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.”

“Pros: Great location, the super is pretty responsive and maintenance requests are taken seriously Cons: Pretty thin walls especially in the bathrooms. Also no vents in the bathroom! Laundry machines also have broken down in past and some have the potential to ruin your clothes Advice to landlord: Please put vents/ air filtration in the bathroom and add soundproofing. Clean the laundry machines!”

“Pros: Minimal cockroaches, live-in super, amazing location super close to the 6 and the Q and so many bars and restaurants. 20 min walk to Central Park. Cons: Layouts are weird and make rooms super tiny, bathroom was tiny. My particular apt had this thing where if I was using two electrical appliances at the same time the power would go out...(like a vacuum and a toaster oven). It was super annoying cause then I had to wait for the super to turn my lights back on. Advice to landlord: Clean the laundry room and machines more often!”
