“Pros: Really nice units with balconies. Super is responsive and competent in maintenance. Central air, heat, in-unit washer/dryer, nice views from rooftop, and quiet except when it gets very loud. Bike storage (outdoors). Cons: Shower had terrible water pressure. My shower also kept getting clogged. Don’t know why. The neighboring building is a common hang out spot for local community + hybrid motorcycle shop. Every few weeks or months they throw extremely loud parties till 4am. Ear plugs won’t save you. However last I saw (2021) they were getting kicked out, so this may now change. Owner took 6 months to return security deposit, tho I got it back in full. Packages got stolen a few times. Advice to landlord: Setup a bit more automation for security deposit handling!”
