“Unit 3A Pros: They are pretty clean, the fellow tenants can’t clean up after themselves but overall, management maintains it as clean as possible. Cons: The landlord don’t want you to call him and wants you to call management to report issues. Problem is management never calls back. Waiting 8 month to fix a leaky ceiling Advice to landlord: My advice is people work hard and pay lots of money in rent. Things should be fixed in a timely matter and stop telling tenants that no one else is complaining when people are in fact complaining.”
