Also didnt get my security deposit back because I ended a lease early, despite finding another renter Advice to landlord: good super but hold your word on security deposits.”

“Pros: Gorgeous hardwood floors, great location, very nice brick walls Cons: Heat didn’t work and the landlord was completely unmotivated to do anything about it. Ended up moving out in the dead of winter when I couldn’t take it anymore, landlord refused to return my security deposit and said I was the only one complaining about the lack of heat in freezing winter temperatures Advice to landlord: Meet your tenants need and compensate them when you fail to do so”
