“Pros: Pretty clean hallway, can’t hear from other units Cons: Tenants disrespectful with trash, leak never got fixed in shower ceiling.”

“Unit 1FE Pros: Very average building, issues with leaks and old infrastructure. Cons: Horribly late to repair my leaking shower ceiling. Was left unrepaired for close to 5 months before they finally sent someone to fix it. Intercom hasn't worked in half a year, delivery people can't come in without ringing every apartment in the first 3 floors so that someone can walk down and open the door for them. Advice to landlord: Be more responsive and care about the building's tenants.”
