“Friendly tenants, relatively low rent for NYC, laundry room, security guard that manages packages. It is located 8 min walk from the metro station. The area is developing a lot lately with the Columbia University investments.”

“This building has a noise issue. One tenant on 7 Fl who is most unreasonable and careless person. This place is not for raising a family. Also I heard that someone on 7 FL are selling medication from hospital. Hopefully new management team will fix these problems. A super and staffs are very kind and helpful.”
