“Pros: My neighbours are quite, clean, and respectful. We bring each other’s packages in and the building is clean and safe. Cons: There are none so far. Actually, he could paint the walls a different colour than the HORRIBLE colour that’s on the walls. Outside of that, he’s an excellent landlord. Advice to landlord: Keep doing why you’re doing, you’re doing a great job.”
