“Pros: There’s a tenant that up keeps the place been seeing her do it for years , if it wasn’t for them the house would be a mess Cons: Steps are falling apart , went to see someone inside seen a big hole in wall on first unit , that can’t be healthy or safe , was raining inside the first unit kitchen . when it’s was raining outside , one of the rooms the ceiling is about to collapse house just going to collapse all together if the landlord continues to ignore and do repairs Advice to landlord: You have good tenants that upkeep your building while you continue to neglect it , sad how you continue have them live ...stop neglecting your property and fix it”
