“Pros: Relatively quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, landlord and super are always around, on-site parking available, in close proximity to everything Cons: Because it’s close to the highway you may hear sirens passing often, and people do race through the street at night passing by Advice to landlord: Needs better record keeping methods.”
