“Pros: Super and cleaning staff keep the building well maintained, any in unit issues are fixed quickly, other tenants are respectful and friendly. Cons: Unfortunately, there was a fire in the building and there seems to be significant water damage to multiple units that will need to be renovated. Living in a construction zone currently”

“Pros: Excellent location Reasonable pricing Adequate spacing Cons: Bad management and super, non-responsive and no solutions offered Stolen packages on multiple ocassions Advice to landlord: Have a super that is more responsive and willing to help the tennants' problems”
