“Unit 207 Pros: The building is maintained clean and is safe. Cons: The inadequate amount of heat and hot water in the winter time. The length of time the super takes to make repairs in the apartment, likes to blame management for the lack of funds to be provided to him to make the repairs. Advice to landlord: Approve the work orders for the super to make the repairs in a timely fashion.”
