“Unit 24A Pros: A lot of the people in the building are super sweet and friendly. The location is perfect, very close to the subway but in a perfect quiet spot and right next to Riverside Park. Cons: Moria Shaki is unhelpful and rude, there are only 4 washers/4 dryers for everyone in the building, the gas line leaked and there was no gas (aka no stove/oven) for several months”

“Pros: Tenants are nice - Cons: The owners and management are terrible horrible people only interested in kicking long standing tenants out to raise the rent by any means possible Advice to landlord: Sell the building to a nice human being - the tenants all hate you”

“Pros: When nothing at all is broken it’s great, the moment something breaks all bets are off. Cons: No heat at night, no cooking gas for months, elevator often breaks (people have been stuck), water often shutoff for hours at a time for different repairs. No discounts or abatements on rent when utilities are broken unless you want to go to court. Advice to landlord: Follow NYC Housing’s guidance on rent abatements for tenants during utility shutoffs.”
