Cons: Lots of cons, for starters… one of the worst management teams oversee this building. Disrespectful and never offer help. They take forever to respond, and if they ever do, they take for ever to resolve the issue. Almost every new tenant that comes in, leaves within a year or so. Why ? Because they hated the management. It’s almost as if the management doesn’t care about this property at all. Advice to landlord: Have a better and more responsible management team. For the location and cost of rent, you are expected to have that, so I’m shocked that we even have to advice it. You should at least act you care about this property and the tenant living there.”
