“Pros: Great neighbors, good amount of space. Close to the train and no big issues with pests or bugs. Cons: Not a very walkable area, have to cross Atlantic ave to get to the grocery store which makes a big difference. Landlord is very unresponsive. Oven was broken for the last month I was there, and a leak in the ceiling was never fixed.”
