“Unit 5F Pros: I loved the building—beautiful exposed brick, good appliances, got tons of sun on the 5th floor, fun neighborhood. Exterminator came monthly, never any problem with bugs. Cons: Even on the top floor you hear a lot of street noise. The heating is also loud, but we quickly got used to both. We moved to the building in 2020, and the following year our rent doubled.”
