“Pros: Good community, young folks. Cons: When I lived here there was an electrical fire in the basement, so we didn't have water or electricity for 10 days. We were able to abandon our lease and move out because support was minimal. Experience with accident / follow up was mid, but living experience was good.”

“Unit 25 Pros: Good location Not terribly expensive Good amount of space for the price Charming older building with exposed brick Management is relatively quick to respond Cons: No central heat or ac Heat often goes out in the winter due to a faulty boiler. They are pretty quick to fix it but with the frequency that it happens it is definitely a factor Had minor issues with cockroaches and mice.”

“Pros: garbage is always taken out on time, people clean the carpet in the hallways, overall not bad Cons: in the winter it’s ridiculously hot, but sometimes they’ll turn off heat completely so it’s freezing. have had moments where we don’t have hot water for several days”

“Pros: In unit W/D, building and hallways were kept clean due to rotating roster of supers regularly cleaning, nice wood floors, good location to Trader Joe's and 1st Ave L stop and lots of restaurants and bars, property group was kind and worked with me and my roommates on temporary COVID rent concessions during peak pandemic in early/mid 2020, received security deposit back on time. Cons: Lots of young tenants due to most apartments being affordable, 3-4 bedrooms. This meant loud music, partying, people passed out in hallways. They have a rotating schedule of supers so there isn't one you can consistently rely on and contact. There was a phase where our door was continuously locked in an odd way, and we figured out someone was entering our apartment without our permission - assuming super. You have to drop off your rent check in person at the property groups office. Advice to landlord: Ask your property managers to communicate with your tenants about accessing apartments.”
