“Unit 3R Pros: Overall great location and pretty quiet for where it is. Cons: Occasional pest problems (once mice, cockroaches a few times), but went away after exterminator came by and filled all of the holes in the radiators.”

“Pros: Overall great apartment with great finishes. Any time there is an issue someone is there to fix it in 24-48 hours. AC units came installed and had control of our heat Cons: construction of park was loud (now completed), packages sometimes stolen Advice to landlord: Great work. Keep it up. Your responsiveness is admirable”
