“Unit 1 Pros: The apartment was spacious. Cons: There is no soundproofing whatsoever. This is basically a single family home that’s been carved in half. We could hear every move the upstairs neighbors made. The landlord refused to take care of urgent maintenance.”

“Unit 2 Pros: Great location, super friendly neighbors on the block, never had a stolen package Cons: Mold inside bathroom, washer/dryer was old and dirty, responsible for taking out our own garbage even as renters, landlord was rude and sketchy”

“Pros: Nice neighborhood and quiet block Cons: Terrible landlord, doesn’t want to do anything. There was rat infestation and he didn’t want to hear about. Advice to landlord: Take care of your property”
