“Pros: close to Columbia University; the super is friendly Cons: The building management team, Zada Real Estate Acquisitions & Management, is the worst. They never replied to my emails or phone calls while I was a tenant there. We always faced some kind of problem, such as no hot water, water leakage through the ceiling, pest infestations, etc. There was also year-long construction inside the building during my stay. It was a horrible place to live!”
