“Pros: The individual apartment is really spacious, has a lot of natural light Cons: The landlord is completely unresponsive. The trash only get taken out once it is overflowing and the trash room can't be opened. The washing machines have been broken for almost three months. The floors in the lobby and hallway are always dirty. The intercom is always broken and packages aren't able to be delivered. Advice to landlord: Do better. Respond to your tenants and fix what is broken.”
