“Pros: good light. Super is nice Cons: Had to get exterminator in twice and bed bugs never went away. Also people smoking weed constantly in hallways. There was once a dead rat on the stairs for 2 weeks Advice to landlord: EXTERMINATE!! Bed bugs never went away”
