“Unit 4d Pros: Super was really nice and responded to issues quickly The package area was inside and pretty secure Cons: Heat was not turned on quickly in winter. They closed off access to the roof.”

“Unit 4B Pros: the neighbors & neighborhood are amazing. very close to the 3 train with a very close building community. Cons: only once did we have an issue with the heat but it was dealt with quickly”
