Multiple visits for the same, very simple repair requests. Needs to get organized and be more professional about repairs. Advice to landlord: The only part of the building that doesn't get cleaned is the inner courtyard. Lots of trash and debris. Would be nice to look out the window and see a clean maintained courtyard.”
