“Pros: Rent stabilized units at an incredible price. Management is responsive for minor fixes. The super Jared is simply amazing! Cons: Horrible paint job! Rat infested, hoarders as neighbors and kids smoking weed in the hallway.”

“Pros: Very spacious and lots of closet space. Cons: Not the cleanest paid extra for pest control, no amenities no laundry.”
