“Pros: Rent stabilized, low rent. Online payment option. Pet friendly. Cons: Ceiling leaks very often. Poor communication between superintendent/management/tenant. Poor time management in fixing issues. Neighbors conglomerate in the hallway until late, including smoking in the hallway. Trash left in hallway every night. Package theft. Heat does not turn on during autumn temperatures of 65-55.”
