“Pros: Building is responsive towards apartment issues, amazing amenities, close proximity to train stations Cons: Lumen did have some hiccups in the beginning (broken heat, no gas for a few months) Advice to landlord: If the unit faces the Manhattan skyline, make sure the train noise level is tolerable”
