“Pros: the neighbors were nice and laundry in the basement plus roof access were a plus Cons: horrible slumlord management. There was a period were my apartment didn't have hot water (in the winter) and it took the management over 11 days to respond and resolve the issue. They also try to pawn off their con Edison bills to the tenants. Management has a fake address for their office and its nearly impossible to reach them. Advice to landlord: treat your tenants like human beings”
