“Unit C1 Pros: Spacious apartments, security cameras Cons: Roach infested, smells like pee, literally falling apart. Heat doesn’t turn on until it’s literally freezing. Super is useless. Bedbugs despite this page saying otherwise. Advice to landlord: Hire a better super and do some serious exterminator of the entire building”
