“Pros: -Great proximity to dining, laundromat, and grocery -If anything is wrong at all the landlord fixes it immediately, same day if possible -Landlord has not raised our rent in the 3 years we have been here -Apartment is beautiful, great kitchen! Cons: -could be a little closer to the subway? Advice to landlord: None, keep being awesome!”
