“Pros: Very roomy, well priced. Great neighborhood Cons: Landlord is impossible to reach. Contact at minimum of three times to get anything done. Terrible pest problem and landlord told me "well, bugs have been around longer than any of us. Nothing we can do" Advice to landlord: Listen to your tenants when they have problems. Would have stayed much longer if responsiveness had been better”

“Pros: They offer rental insurance instead of security deposit Cons: It's always cold unless it's warm outside - then the heat seems to work. Never have consistent hot water. 10+ kids carry on screaming in the courtyard daily. Advice to landlord: While the building is old, that's not an excuse for occasional heat and hot water.”

“Pros: Pretty cheap for what you get Dishwasher Close to train I’m Cons: Not well heated Roaches Thin walls Advice to landlord: Heat the buildings better. There are elderly people and young children in these buildings. Heat it more than the legal requirement. When people complain every year maybe have a heart and give them 2° more heat.”
