“Unit 2F Pros: Great location. Many Big and Tall windows throughout apartment. Hardwood Floors. Buzzer system. Have never had any issues with pests whatsoever. Neighbors are chill. Cons: Packages have been stolen a few times, security cameras promised but never happened. Still waiting on the microwave replacement I was promised prior to move in. Advice to landlord: Handle maintenance often and more promptly.”
