“Unit 5G Pros: Great transportation, beautiful Art Deco building, very responsive super, building kept in good shape. Cons: No real complaints. Advice to landlord: Keep up this level of responsiveness.”

“Pros: It’s overall clean and tenants are nice and kind. Many families. Cons: Pests are a big problem and hallways can smell. Advice to landlord: Get rid of pests such as mice and roaches and we won’t have a problem. Also answer emails in a timely manner.”
