“Pros: Lots of space in the unit Cons: Lack of updates in kitchen and appliances”

“Pros: Nice building, ppl are nice, spacious and rooftop access. Pretty convenient location for the train and food. Cons: Renovations are needed. And updated kitchen would be nice. Currently there are only hot plates for cooking-no oven. Small refrigerator. Rooftop need repair on the floor planks. Community laundry for first floor units doesn’t dry cloths.”

“Pros: New building. Maintenance guy was attentive and polite. Building was responsive. Each bedroom had its own AC Cons: The basement toilet would often overflow due to a pump issue. However, building management company and the maintenance guy were very quick to reapond. Advice to landlord: Find alternate solution to basement plumbing. Roof deck could use some work.”
