“Unit 21s Pros: Everything!!! great building. excellent staff. fast elevators. huge laundry room. fantastic location! Cons: There's not one thing I can complain about. Advice to landlord: Fantastic”

“Pros: Overall, this has been a lovely building to live in. The doormen are very nice. Water pressure is great. It can be a bit hot in the winter with the heat and a bit cold in the summer with the A/C but that can easily be managed by opening the windows. Living on an upper floor, noise was not too much of an issue. The maintenance team is responsive on weekdays and weekends. No pests that I’ve had in the apartment. If you can afford to live here, I highly recommend! Cons: There was a gas leak which caused the gas to be shut off in my apartment for 4-5 months. While this was very annoying, the building management gave frequent updates and provided the affected residents with hot plates and a large toaster oven since we couldn’t use the stove or oven. So overall I think they handled it nicely. Advice to landlord: Some apartments could use some updates and renovations as they are a little out dated.”

“Unit 29P Pros: This is very well run building with great staff and in a great location. Cons: Building is approx. half rentals and half owners so sometimes you can run into stuck up neighbors. Advice to landlord: Continue doing what you're doing.”
