“Unit 370 evergreen Ave 1st floor Pros: The place is new and renovated and although the outside area is dirty, I haven't seen many bugs or anything come through. Cons: The landlord does not help with anything. He is a toxic and locked me out of my room and gave my room to my roommate illegally. Advice to landlord: Be better”
