CONCORD VILLAGE OWNERS INC · avg 4.4 ★★★★★ · New York City
“Pros: Pet friendly, lots of outdoor space. Rent very competitive compared to this area. Cons: Older building, sometimes pests come in.”
— 175 ADAMS STREET · Brooklyn“Pros: Building staff (lobby, porters, maintenence personnel) are all very professional and address any issues timely Cons: Board consists of a select group of folks that are mostly focused on interests that may not be reflective of all shareholders in the co-op, and although this is not uncommon in NYC co-ops, it can become a struggle to get approval on certain matters that require the board approval”
— 175 ADAMS STREET · Brooklyn“Pros: Friendly doormen; great location; easy access to all subways; well maintained grounds Cons: Building has older windows (which are in the process of being replaced) Advice to landlord: Nothing to share”
— 175 ADAMS STREET · Brooklyn“Pros: great doormen, great area, very convenient subway access Cons: waterbugs after 6 exterminator visits, lots of older neighbors so living here as a young person can be a little out of place Advice to landlord: update kitchens and bathrooms in rental units”
“Pros: Staff is fantastic and responsive. Doormen are friendly and helpful. Residents are quiet. Access to trains is incredible (ACEFR, 2/3/4/6). Access to walking across the bridges is tremendous. Transparent and friendly covid response. Shared property and parks are super clean. Offer free pest control services every two weeks. Cons: Could be a bit loud on Tillary. Construction in units can make it loud and difficult to work from home. Advice to landlord: Thank you for doing a great job, especially during Covid.”
