Absolutely disgusting and dirty. I don’t believe the management known how to manage a true “luxury building.” New tenants have constant harassment by long term tenants. I have lived in Manhasset since 18 and this is not a true luxury building. Advice to landlord: If you want people to consider this a true luxury building (1) take the roach and mice problem seriously (2) have a porter or second doorman on duty (3) fix things properly - don’t just remove the broken item.”
