“Pros: The building is in the perfect location, has a doorman, convenient trash chute. Cons: The suites are very dirty because the heat/ac units are full of dust. Also, there are lots of leaks. The half year we stayed their there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling and one in the kitchen that required maintenance to take down all the cabinets, open the wall, and make the kitchen unusable for weeks. Advice to landlord: Fix the leak problem.”
