“Pros: Very quiet space Private Rooms Cons: Rooms are significantly smaller than what I would consider habitable Water pressure not very weak Bathrooms often crowded”

“Pros: Great location, good neighbors and good views. Regular maintenance. Cons: Tenants often left common areas very messy, no sound proofing between rooms. Elevators often broken.”

“Unit 524 Pros: 1. Beautiful sky lounge! My favorite place to study at columbia. 2. Proximity to campus and Morton Williams. 3. Piano rooms 4. Separate male and female bathrooms. Cons: Dim lit corridors can be sad. Kitchens aren't cleaned usually and end up smelling weird. Bathroom consists of 2 showers, 2 toilet seats, 2 sinks so someone can be using the toilet while you shower. Bathrooms are regularly cleaned but constantly look/feel dirty.”
