“Pros: Quiet, friendly doormen Cons: Pest problem + garbage management”

“Pros: Great location, great space, and awesome super, and people who work within the building do their very best to keep things clean. Cons: The pests, I had to throw about furniture and other items when I moved because of roaches, also probably trapped like 4 mice when leaving there. It got to be too much.”
