“Unit 3B Pros: Good location, friendly super Cons: Mice, leak on the ceiling, Bells don’t work so you have to open the door every-time by going downstairs for deliveries. Advice to landlord: Renovate.”

“Unit 3a Pros: I lived here in 1972-1973 in the third floor front apartment. It was $150 a month and my mother thought I was crazy to spend so much on rent. I wish I had stayed there. Cons: Too many bugs! Advice to landlord: roll back the rent”
