Cons: Management does not answer the phone or respond to any requests of any kind. The only way to contact management and get a response is by filing complaints with the city. Lots of roach and bug issues that are difficult to get solved. Lots of water and leak issues that are difficult to get solved.”

Hot water went multiple times during the winter. Clinton Properties was nearly impossible to contact and not helpful.”
