“Pros: The building is big and clean. Super is responsive, helpful, and a wonderful person to talk to. Cons: It’s physically impossible to get in touch with management. In my years living there I have been unable to get someone on the phone.”

“Pros: Great, helpful live in super. Large sized units. Friendly neighbors. Cons: Old building that comes with associated problems - creaky floors, leaks in ceilings, low heat, pests, etc. Advice to landlord: Keep heat on during the winter days.”
