“Unit 2B Pros: Super quiet and affordable building in LES. Cons: Upstairs neighbor was a bit noisy if you’re in apt 2B but was only for a few months. The heating is through the electric bill so you need to bake in a few extra hundred bucks for heating. Advice to landlord: Overall a solid building.”
