“Pros: It's close to my school. I have no issues with utilities (heat/hot water). Super is nice. Management is responsive. Cons: One of the long term tenants occasionally are loud. Advice to landlord: None”

“Pros: Close to transportation, good heat and hot water, close to drugstores and supermarket and two hospitals Cons: Hard to get things fixed and responses from management and superintendent and especially handyman Advice to landlord: Get better handyman!!!!”
