“Pros: Location safety of the neighborhood Cons: Garbage is usually blocking the service entrance causing a health and fire hazard Advice to landlord: Manage the garbage properly and pest control is deficient”

“Pros: Very nice neighborhood. Not too far from the subway but close to a lot of residential homes as well Cons: Neighbors never care to throw trash away through the garbage shoot. They just leave the trash on the actual floor where the shoot is and unfortunately I live right next door. This problem causes a lot of pest problems Advice to landlord: Be more attentive.”

“Unit C7 Pros: Nothing at all Cons: smoker’s building. so you do not have a fresh air! You can’t open the window ! Nobody can help you.! It’s sigh in lobby No smoke at balcony but nobody cares! Advice to landlord: Take care of your tenants as a humans not like a dogs.”
