Cons: There have been rodent problems since 2006, the garbage area smells horrible because it is not taken care of properly, the neighbors are terrible, there have been so many crimes committed in the building & nothing has ever been done. It doesn't make any sense why I have to explain to my daughter that someone was killed in the building or was almost killed IN FRONT OF MY DOOR. Advice to landlord: Knock the damn building down.”
